Was a very good stay overall! Very nice, Clean, and updated. I would advise them to put a large TV in the living area. That was the only thing missing. Chalk board was a cool touch along with the massage chair! Great experience!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here. The home is very inviting and clean. The space was perfect for hanging out and the couch and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed making dinner and sitting at the large table. The bedrooms were extremely quiet and the beds very comfortable. The home was centrally located with lots of restaurants and things to do within close proximity. The hosts were great and we look forward to staying again!

Had a few couples down for a sporting event. Great spot, immaculate, Jacob and Griffen were super easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to the arrival. Would highly recommend 5-star.

Conveniently located to everything in central to downtown. Well, I wish there was an elevator to the third floor. It's a very cute and comfortable spot and will definitely book again.

We stayed here for a graduation and it was perfect to have a few people over for brunch the next morning to celebrate as we had the late time for the ceremony. Having the downstairs separate from the bedrooms was perfect for this and plenty of space inside and out back to mingle. We had a small group overall & only 3 of us stayed the night.

This Airbnb is a true gem! The place looks exactly like the pictures…. large and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and whole place was immaculately cleaned. Very impressed with host who responded timely to my questions. Great location near FSU. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

We stayed here for my Son's college graduation, and it was in the perfect location for EVERYTHING we needed. It's a darling townhouse beautifully decorated, and the host was quick to respond. You won't be disappointed with this Airbnb.

Jacob is the best AirBnb Host I have ever experienced. He was beyond helpful and kind. The place was immaculate and very well maintained. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. I have travelled all over North America and stayed in many places and I have to say Jacob’s was the best.

Had a great stay at Jacob's place! The location can't be beat! It's right next door to the stadium, so was the perfect base for it FSU game weekend! Very clean and comfortable. Super cozy bed! We'll be back!
