I wish Jacob could be our permanent concierge! He was wonderfully responsive, explained everything clearly, did an amazing job of preparing the home with the smallest details! Even the kitchen knives were sharp! Essential oils and diffuser! Well stocked kitchen! Everything was spotlessly clean! He even left a “graduation congratulations duck” and note for our granddaughter’s FSU commencement…

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely, quiet place, with lots of helpful amenities, including liquid soap for all three sinks, ample paper products, spices in the kitchen, clean dishes, washer and dryer, nice night lights in the bathroom and kitchen, and great, comfortable beds in both bedrooms.
Also, Jacob was quite accommodating and flexible with our special request.
It is also an easy walk to Whole Foods. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay in Tallahassee! Jacob’s house is immaculately clean and well equipped and furnished so you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is on a quiet street in midtown but still walkable to Whole Foods, local shops, and restaurants. All the instructions and details for how to access the property were clear and easy to understand.
It was the perfect place for us to spend a week visiting friends and family in Tallahassee. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

This place is great because of the little touches that make a big difference. Lighted address numbers, towel hook within reach of the shower, modern charging stations, fully stocked with the extras no one thinks about until you need them (zip lock bags, condiments, laundry soap, etc.) Comfy beds and spacious common areas. Very clean, very nice Airbnb. Would stay again.
