This was the NICEST place I have ever stayed at. The decor and furniture were top notch, the rooms were SO NICE, the bathrooms were clean and the rooms pristine. I really hate when places aren't clean, but this one was impeccable and spotless. Please share the manufacturer of the mattress. I really want to buy one--it was so very comfortable, I slept so soundly. I just can't say enough great things about this listing. The quality to detail and the cleanliness were second to none. Also great communication from Jacob.

Stayed at the Bungalow with my mom and grandma. It was very nice and clean, perfect for 3 ladies. We also all had our own room with our own bathroom which was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was even better than what the pictures showed. Very comfortable, super clean and comfortable! Super convenient location, an easy 5 minute drive to FSU. This is my second time staying at a property managed by Jacob and will make a point to keep staying at properties he manages. He is super responsive and makes sure your stay is perfect!

Hi love this area of Tallahassee. Walkable to the stadium And downtown. Nice and quiet and peaceful. Love the balcony and the sunset. Jacob was very attentive! Would love to stay here next time we make it up to a game.

This townhouse exceeded our expectations. Spacious, perfectly located, and even better in person. The price was fair, especially given that it was Parent Weekend at FSU when most places were triple the cost. I would absolutely recommend this unit—it’s also within walking distance, which was a huge bonus. Thank you for your hospitality Jacob!

Came to Tally for FSU parents weekend and this rental was PERFECT! We were extremely happy with Jacob’s Airbnb. It was very clean, spacious, and the location was great! Jacob was very quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

Definitely a 100/100 the pictures honestly doesn’t do this place justice very beautiful & spacious!! host informational and responsive. Close to downtown as well which was perfect and the massage chair was the best part of my stay <3
