Jacob was an excellent host. The property was large, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Jacob was responsive and accommodating. We had to extend our stay multiple times as our new home was being completed and Jacob made this simple and painless. I highly recommend staying with Jacob at his property!

Our family stayed here while renovating our home, and it was exactly what we needed. The property is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable; it’s perfect for large families or groups. The kids loved having so much room, and we all felt relaxed and at home. Jacob and the management team were fantastic—quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help. Any minor issues that came up were handled promptly and with care. It’s clear they really want their guests to have a great stay. We’re so glad we chose this property and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to stay.

What a great place. We were very comfortable at the apartment. Everything was just as described and look exactly like the photos posted. It has an amazing view day and night. Easy to get in and out. A Hidden Gem – Exceptional Villa & Unmatched Hospitality We are absolutely blown away by this stunning villa and the incredible hospitality of the hosts. From the very first message, communication was seamless and compassionate—especially meaningful as we gathered to celebrate the life of a beloved family member. Every detail was thoughtfully handled as the hosts went above and beyond. A welcome surprise of coffee at the door set the perfect tone. The villa is a peaceful sanctuary with spacious grounds offering a private retreat & the immaculate, stylish, & comfortable, interior, is clearly designed with love with attention to de easily accommodating with room to spare. What truly elevated our stay was the referral to 5-Star U Zambrano Services. The chefs prepared a thoughtful, delicious menu for both dinner and breakfast that exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend this villa & the chef services. If you’re considering a stay in the area, don’t hesitate. We'll be back!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautiful, clean, and looks just like the photos. I really appreciate the quality of the kitchenware, I cook a lot and everything was clean and great quality. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the place was and thoughtfully decorated. I’d definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Tallahassee.

Beautiful home with a small backyard that my dog and I enjoyed. Great place to walk a dog , met some neighbors and they were friendly as well as their dogs. Plenty of wildlife, I saw a fox, deer and so many species of birds around the pond out front of the property. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay a lot. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

Love this apartment! To be a one bed room is very spacious. We had 4 people, and we were not cluster together, we have space for all of us. Great location, FSU and FAMU are both a five minute drive, that was perfect for us because we were moving my sister into college. Will definitely book again when we come down to visit!

Jacob place was great we got there early and he let us check in early he actually reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable the place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed the community was nice and quiet I will definitely book again we enjoyed our four day stay Jacob was great the whole four days check in and out was easy also I mean this place was the best I have nothing but the best to say about it.
